REPORTS Nexus Market user reports — how the community surfaces field issues
User reports surface in two structured channels. Mirror-state reports go in the mirror megathread comment section, with the format: address you tried, timestamp, your Tor exit region (optional). Mods cross-reference against the public probe within the published 30-minute SLA. Operational reports — suspected phishing clones, layer-7 challenge oddities, dispute-panel anomalies — go to a dedicated weekly reports thread sticky-rotated through the front page.
Reports are not anonymous (Reddit account is visible) but mods do not require disclosure of any identifier beyond the Reddit handle. Reports that turn out to be the user's local circuit issue are filed for pattern-matching but not removed; the failure modes that look like “the platform” from a single circuit are useful signal in aggregate.
