If you suspect a mirror is down and want a community read, the right place to ask is the mirror megathread comment section. Mods will cross-reference the public probe within 30 minutes. As of the most recent mod check, all three mirrors are responding; the tertiary mirror is in standing degraded-latency classification, which is the platform's normal failover-mirror state and does not constitute “down.”
Mirror-down false positives are common during Tor guard rotation events. The community pattern-matches them by cross-checking with users in different exit regions; if multiple users in different regions all report the same mirror as down simultaneously, it is platform-side. If only one user reports it down while others have it working, it is local-circuit.
